The winding machine features advanced CNC motion controllers capable of high-precision linear positioning, arc interpolation, and spiral winding operations. The transmission system uses Japanese Yaskawa servo motors and THK high-precision ground ball screws, providing high rotational speed, precise positioning, and long service life.

The machine incorporates a rotatable flip box with dual-axis winding capability, allowing operators to safely unload and load materials while winding operations continue, enhancing both safety and efficiency. It includes a self-contained air heating system with independent air outlets for each spindle, ensuring more stable product output.
